Senior management provides strong expertise in oil & gas development, finance and operations and is complemented by a highly skilled group of technical and administrative personnel.

Philippe P. Wagner, President
Philippe P. Wagner has been working in the financial industry for the past 20 years. After finishing his BA in business administration he started his banking career in Zurich, Switzerland. Having worked for prestigious firms such as Bank Julius Baer and other Swiss institutions, his experience in trading, asset management and corporate structuring built the base for his current activities as an advisor and board member of several companies in the natural resource industry. In the past he has successfully structured and financed listed and non-listed companies. His experience in the natural resource industry is based on his past involvement with European and US companies from 2002 to the present. Mr. Wagner has been directly involved in the management and development of these companies. 

E. G. "Greg" Scarborough, Operations Manager
Greg Scarborough has over twenty-five years’ experience in the oil and gas industry. He has worked as a Senior Staff Geologist for IAMI Minerals, Inc., and as Field Supervisor/Geologist for The Baron Company and KCA International. In addition to being a registered Geologist he is a qualified rehabilitation field engineer and will provide coordination and support for field operations. Mr. Scarborough has experience in researching and recommending drilling programs, managing the drilling process, logging, reporting, budgeting, and supervising the drilling of new wells and re-working existing wells. Recently Mr. Scarborough has been on sabbatical to assist the City of Fort Worth and Tarrant County, Texas in the development of city ordinances and policies for the drilling and operations of over 1,000 horizontal Barnett Shale gas wells in the venue. He has been the lead field compliance inspector and interacts technically between the operator and the city council to insure a safe workable and efficient operation within the populated city. Mr. Scarborough served in the United States Marine Corps and received an Honorable Discharge. He has worked with John R. Taylor in various activities and companies since 1980





Natasha Waite, Director and Chief Communications Officer
Ms. Waite has over 10 years of experience in corporate communications and public relations for several prestigious companies. As Chief Communications Officer, Natasha is responsible for global communications for Tristar Energy Group, including acting as chief spokesperson and overseeing communication strategy for the company, its business segments and its philanthropic and environmental initiatives. Her role also includes oversight of internal communications.

John R. Taylor, Member of the Advisory Board
John R. Taylor has over 36 years experience in the petroleum industry beginning his career in the oil industry working for his family’s business. His father, Ben J. Taylor, was an independent oilman for 73 years. Mr. Taylor graduated St. Johns Military School; University of Nebraska, BGS Political Science and Prelaw. Mr. Taylor is also a Graduate of Halliburton Energy Institute. He is a Member of numerous oil and gas related clubs and associations, including the North Texas Oil & Gas Association, listed in Who’s Who in the South and Southwest and in Who’s Who in Finance and Industry. Mr. Taylor has been directly involved in evaluation of prospect operations, drilling production, project management, and seismic exploration, as well as acquisition and development. Mr. Taylor has extensive experience in project planning, execution and management and a reputation for handling difficult and complex international situations involving remote petroleum operations and host government relations.

James E. Darnell, Member of the Advisory Board, Project Geologist
Mr. Darnell worked for Standard Oil of Indiana for 17 years - he was involved in the evaluation and preparation of prospects in the continental Unites States, Alaska and also foreign properties. He started his own, independent company in 1971 and primarily focuses on the research and preparation of geological prospects, subsurface contour maps and cross sections for numerous companies, geologists, geophysicists and engineers in the petroleum industry, primarily in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and New Mexico. His current involvement also includes deeper conventional and Cambrian plays in West Texas.
